Tynenouth village which has a plethora of eateries and small shops is 5 minutes walk; the beach and the metro station are equi-distant.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and storage units. It also has freeview TV and broadband. The bathroom is shared (sometimes if our son is at home). Kitchen and laundry facilities are shared. The lodger is responsible for the cleaning of their bedroom.
